ABOUT US

Nick W. Ozier Design and Construction is a medium sized firm established in 1987. Although we work throughout the Bay Area, we primarily focus on neighborhoods in Piedmont and Oakland to give our clients the personal attention they deserve.


Keeping a budget in mind, we aim to give reasonable, practical ideas for all building needs. Whether you're looking to do a home remodel, an addition or a fix up, we are confident in our abilities to help you.

Nick managed to bring both of our projects in under budget; his approach to the financial aspects of a project puts him in the role of a collaborator, not an adversary. Nick goes the extra mile to ensure quality of construction, especially in crucial areas like waterproofing. He even came over on a rainy Sunday to check for leaks! Nick’s follow-through is legendary; if he says he’s going to be there, he shows up!
